PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you believe your order is lost, contact us at info@lumiralashes.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
