Refund Policy

At Lumira Lashes, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 60 days of the delivery date
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all components included

Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

HOW TO RETURN

To start a return, contact us at info@lumiralashes.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@lumiralashes.com.au.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Products returned after 60 days
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Products purchased during final sale promotions (where stated)
